PyGTK all in one Installer

Great news, all in one installer John Stowers made an all in one installer for PyGTK on win32, it bundles Python 2.7, PyGtk 2.22.4 (PyGObject, PyCairo, PyGtkSourceView2, PyGooCanvas, PyRsvg, Gtk and Glade).
